2. Description of Service

Cephalon Connect is a WhatsApp Business API platform that allows businesses to connect their WhatsApp Business numbers, manage automated chatbot flows, and send messages to their customers via the Meta Cloud API.

3. Eligibility

You must be a registered business or individual with a valid WhatsApp Business Account to use this platform. You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cephalon Connect to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harass or harm any individual or business

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. WhatsApp Messaging Charges

WhatsApp conversation charges are billed directly by Meta. Cephalon Connect is not responsible for any charges incurred through the WhatsApp Business API.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or Meta's policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cephalon Connect is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
